Shimla British Resort, Shimla

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were beautiful and incredibly comfortable, decorated with Victorian period paintings, but there were cleanliness issues that really detracted from the experience. While I enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and the management's friendly approach, I found the service a bit lacking due to some miscommunication. Overall, it's a charming spot, though the cleaning standards could use some serious improvement.
